Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

Order Shipment

We ship all orders from our USA factory. Due to Covid-19, some international packages may be delayed due to routing or customs delays.

  • USA - Within 2-5 business days
  • Canada - Within 4-10 business days
  • Western Europe - Within 5-15 business days
  • Australia/NZ - Within 5-15 business days
  • Rest of the World - Within 5-20 business days

International Orders
We ship via UPS and DHL. FedEx rates are available upon request. International shipments may be subject to duties and taxes upon delivery. We are not responsible for any additional charges incurred during transit. All duties and taxes must be paid by recipient. For more information on duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office.

 Back Ordered Items

In the event that we experience high volume orders for specific items, please allow additional processing time for back ordered items. We restock within 2-3 weeks. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will  the contact you via e-mail.  


Cancellations & Refunds

We try to start production of all orders as soon as possible. Depending on when you order was placed, cancellation may be possible if production has not yet begun.

Please contact our support team to check if changes or cancellation are possible, and give the reason you wish to cancel.

. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.
